  Honestly the best schnitzel I've had in Ottawa without a shadow of a doubt. This is as authentic and lovely as it comes. Generous portions, friendly service. Highly recommend you try the beet salad and the hunter sauce. Thank you for the excellent meal Duna Bistro.

  All I can say, is that my whole experience was amazing!! When I first walked in, I felt right at home, Basia and Paul are amazing people!
  I went there for the first time, due to I wanted to surprise my girlfriend (who is German, BTW) with some German food, and they did not disappoint. When I got home with a pizza box (large Schnitzel..lol) I could see some disappointment in her eyes, until I opened the box. Her eyes lit up like a child in a candy store. We had this amazing Schnitzel, Spaetzle with Caramelized Onions, Sauteed Sauerkraut with Bacon and Herbs, Cold Beet Salad with Fresh Dill and Onions, and to finish this amazing dinner...their new freshly made authentic Apple Strudel!! You cannot go wrong with this little place. Trust me, you won't regret one bite!! Thank you for the amazing authentic food, and service!!

  Really enjoyed the experience. It is really a take out place, but if you ask really nicely, they might let you dine in the front window. The Schnitzel was amazing, and i loved the mashed potatoes.

  Schnitzel is perfect, so large it comes in a pizza box. I get it with cooked sauerkraut and beet salad on the side.
  Beef goulash with onion mashed potatoes has so many flavours that it's addictive.
  The poppy seed strudel takes about a day to make. Not on the menu but ask for it anyway. With milk simmered poppies, walnuts and honey you can't go wrong.
  It's my new favorite place, and the owners are generous to a fault!
