  Enjoyed an amazing breakfast but what made me rate it 5 stars was my waitress. Amelia was extremely kind, quick, courteous and you can truly tell that she enjoys what she does. The food was great as always! However, management needs to work on their organizational skills. They're downtown Ottawa and need to cash out people in a more orderly and professional manner. The person who cashed us out didn't have a pleasant attitude and never smiled either.

  Staff should be trained better to handle high volumes of customers.Especially considering this location is in Downtown Ottawa. Servers getting frustrated and moving people from table to table. Huge lack of communication within team.

  Great waiter, wonderful environment, good food. If you're going prepare for a min. $9 for a meal while drinks are no less than $2. Still, I enjoyed the fresh fruit that came with each meal & complimentary toasted bread.

  Excellent service, even though they were busy the server did an excellent job he always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great as always we will definitely go back again.
