  We had dinner on Saturday during Victoria Day Weekend. It was crowded, and seated in an area where the seats were raised. I accidentally stepped on the foot of a person sitting in the table to my left while getting into my seat, as the seating is a bit tight. We arrived at around 645pm, but our only food arrived at 730pm. Not only did our food take time to come, but for others too including the couple to my right. Our waiter apologized to the couple for the long wait, and told them they would not be charged for their food. Unfortunately, this was not the case for us. Maybe because we did not order beer, whereas the couple beside us did; we learned that they don't actually have all the beers listed on their menu. Our waiter ignored us completely. I would expect our waiter to at least acknowledge the fact that the food would be taking longer or something. we had the Kimchi Bokkeumbap and the peanut chicken bowl. The food did taste good, but I was still hungry afterwards, but did not want to order anything else, because I thought it would take too long. So we went over to Tim Horton's afterwards for more food!

  I had Peanut Chicken Bowl and it was delicious! The beer (clocktowee red) was also excellent. I went at 6pm a Saturday, server was excellent but extremely busy. We got our beers after our food. The food service was really fast. Another downside was there was no French speaking employee which, for a restaurant in Orléans, was disappointing.

  We waited for our waiter .when he sowed up we ordered drinks & food. The waiter came and told my girlfriend they were out of the tea she wanted. So she opted for coffee. We ordered the fish and chips. My girlfriend ordered hers with sweet potato fries. We got our meal and were surprised by how small the fish was. My girlfriend had to ask for the aioli sauce for her fries. The waiter never came over to ask how our meal was & I could of used a nice glass of cold water. just before we left a crowd of soccer players came in & when the waiter came over to speak to them he told them that the restaurant was out of most the things on the menu. WOW !!!!!! Too Bad we expected more & were sorely disappointed.

  Disappointed with this restaurant. Staff friendly enough, but waited a long time for our food. Sent the chicken strips back because they were rock hard! The falafael wrap was nothing special either - just four supermarket falafael balls in a wrap with sauce.

  Arrived 7:30 PM Mothers day. We were shown a table an given a menu. 7:40 PM. Various staff walk by without any recognition that we were alive. 7:43 I stood up to try and find someone to offer a glass of water or anything. Various staff refused to make any eye contact. 7:47 PM (easy to know the time as I was staring at the huge clock on them wall) and still no acknowledgement for our existance. Decided to leave. Absolutely the worst service we have received ever. Stopped at the bar to express our dissatisfaction. 7:49 PM walked out the door and turned left to Gabes pizza. Ordered and 16 minutes later left for home with a fresh meal. Saved myself at least $30. This is a new restaurant in our area that is very convenient. Will never go Back!
