  Very good A&W location, it has an updated design that some locations haven't adopted yet, they also serve the root beer in a chilled glass mug for in-house service which is very nice and worth staying to enjoy!

  Very poor service and food.
  
  I ordered a teen burger once and everything was placed anyhow inside.
  
  I went back today to get breakfast with the drive thru service and it was worst. We waited like five minutes or more after we've paid. When the food finally arrived it was so burnt that I have to go back inside to get another one. When the new one arrived they didn't even apologize. It was rude. Bad customer service.
  
  When I checked the muffin it had bacon even though I said no bacon and it was also burnt.
  
  The worst A & W ever!!!

  I come to this location on a weekly basis during the day, and love it. Today is a different story though. It's the first time I came during the night and had an horrible experience. The night staff is horrendous and should ALL be fired. Each customer in the drive through had to wait at least 5minutes by the speaker to get a response by the staff. The staff literally took 10-15minutes AFTER paying to finally have the food ready. They were all visibly fooling around in the back, they never once apologized for the wait, or at least acknowledged it. It is a night and day difference, pun intended. On top of the long wait, they screwed up my order, and I only realized after I got home. The funny thing is, It wasn't even busy.

  The more I eat at A&W the more I love it. It used to be my favourite restaurant as a child because of the root beer floats but now as an adult I love it because of the business practices. No hormones or steroids in their beef and Canadian suppliers when available. They just need more Gluten Free options. And this location needs recycling and outdoor accessable seating.

  We've only been here once. We were at the drive-through and service was SLOW. We waited about 5 minutes at the window after we paid. The location is great, the place is new and bright, the server was friendly, and I like their packaging. I prefer A&W over the other fast food burger joints.
