  Food, ambiance, service -- all excellent! This has been a favourite for lunch and dinner for some time. Some nights there is also lively local musical entertainment. A fun and friendly place! Plenty of parking. Lovely outdoor patio near the Rideau River during the warmer months. You can also order take-out.

  Was a great location between all of my friends and I. We had good fish and chips and beer. Prices are reasonable, our server was so nice!! They have a patio but it was too cool when we were there. Will definitely be back to check it out this summer

  I'm giving the 4 star and hoping to be able to give the 5 star next time I visit! I'm a big fan of local beers and they do have a limited selection (4 out of 5), my dinner was the special (pasta had a bit too much olive oil..I won't say doused but it was requiring me to make sure I didn't drip oil after every forkful, shrimp over cooked), raspberry swirl cheesecake (two cupcake shaped cheesecake) were tasty. I was confused on who my server was. I thought the guy was but he'd rarely stop by. I'm assuming the owner stepped in for me which was greatly appreciated. I think this is a one off experience. Please go as I'll go again for sure. The atmosphere is great!! Love the old wood pub feel. Lots of friendly locals chatting each other up. I'll definitely be back and hope to score higher next time!
