  Fine Italian dining, was there for a friend's Bday and we had the private room rented out. We had great service, great food and an amazing night.

  The wait staff is amazing and the food was to die for. The place was packed though, so unfortunately my date and I had to practically yell to hear each other or not talk at all. I would still go back for the Amaretto Cheesecake though.

  Very elegant experience! Giovanni's offers some of Ottawa best service, food and drinks all under one roof. They are very accommodating, polite and will blow you away with their amazing food every time.

  If you want to go to a place where you're treated like family, then this is the place. They're friendly, efficient, and happy to accommodate any changes to your dish. The prices are also quite reasonable given the quality of the food. Whenever our family has a birthday, there is never any question where we are going to celebrate. It's the only restaurant that is truly worth leaving your home to get a meal.

  Had a large party and reserved a table. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The food was on par with other restaurants at the price point (we got the meat platter special and the gnocchi). The atmosphere was cozy. Overall I look forward to returning and trying the different pasta dishes, most of which our party said were superb.
