  For the 4 consecutive time (paid for by my work) I ordered from them. The meat, and veggies all taste like bitter soap.
  
  It's nice they're washing their dishes, but they need to rinse after.
  
  No idea if it's actually soap, but it tastes terrible.

  DREADFUL overall dining experience. The food was SO BAD that it made me and one other of my dining members get very sick and experience extreme vomiting afterwards. Also to note, their prices are outrageous! Compared to the two big Chinese restaurants in Ottawa (Yangtze and Chu Shing), they don't match up to their competitors' quality yet are much pricier. Service was also very sloppy and rude. Plates were removed before they were finished which is something that is so hard to screw up yet so negatively impacting to a dining experiance. The atmosphere was also bad. Loud and inconsistent music was played in an otherwise empty and quiet dining room.
  
  Final Remark: This is the type of establishment I would only recommend to my worst enemy!

  Went there for lunch since we were in the area. Dim Sum served. The shrimp siomai's wrapping was too sticky. The pork and pork&shrimp siomai were ok. Not that much different from other Chinese places. The service was great. Greeted with a smile and the server checked on us every time.

  I like that they improved their dim sum ordering system to ensure that all items are delivered to the right table. Before this, I was ready to no longer visit this restaurant due to too many errors. They responded well to feedback. The menu and food are not the best, nor is the value, but it is good enough. If the ginger squid and tripe were too return to the menu, we might visit more often.
