  Honestly this place is ass. We ordered nachos because we thought " oh how can u not mess up nachos " but, they managed to do so... Their nachos were burnt, they gave us a salad on top of our nachos and COLD unmelted cheese. Nothing was warmed up I felt as tho I'm eating a salad with burnt chips. We called back and they didn't know how to take care of customers properly, overall they sound pretty inexperienced. Also as soon as we called to order, we said chicken nachos but apparently we didn't... they made it sound as tho we were over exaggerating but I mean when u mess up our food that we ordered so that you can manage ur business you should take ever bit of criticism into thought. The delivery guy was nice though! Yeah I plan to get my money back tomorrow when I go back because this is gross. HOW DO YOU MESS UP NACHOS?!! Like throw some salsa some sauce a little bit of veggies and meat and some cheese put it in the oven and it's ready. I work at a fast food store myself and we're never like this.

  First thing you'll notice is that the staff here is fantastic. Always friendly and welcoming and they wrap one hell of a burrito.
  
  I've yet to try the pizza but the burritos are fantastic - especially the pulled pork. ;)
  
  If you're a hot sauce guy like me, I can also appreciate that their in house sauces are made with crushed peppers which adds texture to the awesome tastes.
  
  Finally, the prices are on the very side of reasonable even if the portions weren't massive like they are.
  
  Overall, I give it a five star.

  Been here multiple times in the past 2-3 months and experience varies greatly depending on who is behind the counter.
  
  Ordered burritos over the phone last night and our orders were not fulfilled properly. My partner's burrito had green smudges on the tortilla from the dry erase marker they were using to write stuff on the foil. The gluten-free burrito was supposed to have shredded pork but got shredded beef instead. The third burrito was supposed to have the shredded beef but ended up with chicken instead. We didn't realise this until we were home and by then it had been almost an hour since we placed our order so we were hungry. I felt like I had to apologize to my guests because they didn't end up with what they ordered.
  
  Aside from the content mix up, there is no consistency to how burritos are assembled. I've had burritos with lots of rice, and sometimes there'd be barely any. It all seems to depend on who is working. The two gentlemen working last night seemed overwhelmed by the volume of orders, but I don't think that's an excuse for a poor experience.

  I had a steak burrito on Sunday and in the middle of my meal...I felt something poke my tongue..and it was stuck there..first I thought it was a sharp bone.. when I pulled it out of my tongue , I found that it was a sharp metal piece that probably came from the BBQ bristle brush.
  I told the cashier what happened and she was very unfazed.
  I think your cooks need to be more careful when cleaning the grill so that situations like these are avoided. I am glad the bristle did not get stuck in my throat or I didn't swallow it.

  Got a burrito and tacos delivered. Burrito was tasty however we got tacos which u could not even pick up since it fell apart completely. Luckily i had some taco shells at home so i had to transfet all toping into that. Do not get the tacos by delivery just get a taco salad at this point. I also must say everything seemed to be under warm aswell.... Not sure if i will get deilivery with them again i have had better food through delivery with mexican food
