  Staff are always friendly and quick. This is probably one of the nicer Bridgeheads, especially if you like a more urban feel. Bridgehead coffee is arguably the best available in Ottawa.

  Nice and cozy place. We found the coffee delicious as well. At first they forgot our order, but upon mentioning this, their staff soon brought us a free coupon for the next time.

  It has standard Bridgehead fare (which is pretty good coffee and snacks), but seating is always lacking. This is a busy location, so expect to see a bunch of people parked at tables with their laptops. There should be more seating — possibly a high counter to make the most of the space. It's also darkly lit, so the atmosphere is rather poor. Wait times are reasonable, so getting coffee on-the-go would be better.
