  Signed up for a kids club gift card last year which entiled a child to 5 free meals. We used it once. Upon going out for dinner tonight we attempted to use our card only to find out it was rejected. When asking the server why?, she showed me the fine print and that the card was only valid for 1 year. We were never told about that when we purchased the card.
  I spoke with the manager at this location and there was nothing he would do to help.

  Been coming here for years. They're very good at keeping families happy. Activities, great service and always accommodating. Customer service is first on their priority list. Food is always good, if a bit pricey but competitive in this market. Facilities are great and clean. Patio is awesome (noise from Innes is inevitable).
  
  Some people have given food complaints. I think those were anomalies. Accidents do happen and management is quick to fix any issues.
  
  Lots of staff buzzing about and they work as a well oiled machine. Team atmosphere.
  
  Let's face it - dining out is expensive. Boston Pizza is a restaurant, not fast food. Those reviewers giving lower ratings seem to be comparing BP to the wrong market.
