  My usual place for Lebanese food or the best poutine in town. Friendly staff and owners. Plus, you don't normally need to wait 20 mins in line to get your food unlike some nearby places..

  Does this look like half f***ing gravy? I've been here a few times and everytime it's a small poutine w half the gravy- they repeat it back to me and yet they still give me gravy soup. I won't be going here again.
  Oh also the cheese didn't melt- after being wrapped up for at least 10min.

  Awful. I never write bad reviews online, but this is absurd and people should know.
  
  When I heard the 3 Brothers staff were taking over, I was thrilled! And justly so, in the first few months my orders arrived ridiculously quickly, piping hot and delicious!
  
  I'm not sure what happened, but my last two orders were over an hour to arrive, and cold. I called and gave the manager the benefit of the doubt, since I'd been a faithful customer for over a year, calling regularly. He apologized profusely, and assured me my next order would be free of charge, and quick.
  
  I waited an hour for an order of chicken fingers (fryer to plate: 5 minutes). When I asked the driver what the reason was, he said they were busy, and had three drivers on staff. Now, I live a 5-minute drive from the restaurant. To top it all off, I was presented a bill for my meal, and when I was still kind enough to give the driver a $3 tip on a $14 order (from a $20 bill), he replied 'I only have $2, is that ok?'. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

  Lebanese food, yum yum! Food is good, clean and tasty. They have good customer service, to people to talk to them reasonably. They do a mean falafel! Find a way to make a poutine, Lebanese style only. My children like coming here, as do my parents. It's healthy. It would be nice to see the outside look fresher than it is now.
